AITOT is maintained by AI infrastructure engineers who've shipped production LLM systems since 2023 — across consumer chatbots, agentic startups, and enterprise RAG. Pricing and benchmark data is sourced from official provider docs, tested against real workloads, and refreshed on the first of every month.

Methodology

• • Inference benchmarks: cross-checked against artificialanalysis.ai and our own runs.
